To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please note: A minimal return handling fee of ₹49 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover logistics charges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at auriglowofficial@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, our logistics partners will arrange the pickup and return process.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty, items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is processed and refunded, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at auriglowofficial@gmail.com.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours are free of charge.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (after deducting ₹49 return handling fee).
- Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at auriglowofficial@gmail.com.
